(5) I uninstalled the software using the autorun.exe from the CD.
(4) When opening the printer properties and clicking "Test Print" I also received the error described above. I entered the IP address of the printer to during the install. I run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility. When I run the diagnostic took from Windows, everything is fine. When trying to print a test page, I get the error message "Failed to print the test page. In both cases, the file appears very shortly in the list of tasks scheduled for the printer, then disappears.
